I called Ripper to see if he wanted to be a substitute, but he said he was too busy making fun of "sissy" bands to build up his butch image with the Iced Earth fans. You know what "sissy" bands are, those bands that wear makeup and have an actual sense of style rather than just going on stage dressed as auto mechanics. Another thing, those "sissy" bands attract an awful lot of nasty old fish, and I think that's why Ripper dislikes them so.
